As the Chinese New Year of Snake approaches, the Shanxi Art Troupe from China will stage a spectacular performance at the invitation of the Chinese Embassy in Iceland, showcasing a variety of captivating shows with distinctive Shanxi characteristics, including drum dances, string music, songs, magic and acrobatics. Shanxi is home to the steam Game Award Winner Black Myth: Wukong. This lively event promises an atmosphere of warmth and excitement, offering a vibrant glimpse into the rich heritage of Chinese culture.

One hour prior to the performance, all ticket holders are welcome to join a reception at the foyer of Háskólabíó with finger foods, wines and beverages.
