He has served as Artistic Director of the Arena di Verona Centennial Festival as well as General Director of both Los Angeles Opera and Washington National Opera. His repertoire includes more than 150 roles across over 4,400 performances, he has sold millions of records, and he has filled stadiums around the globe.

Dublin-born musician James Vaughan has long been considered one of Europe’s leading pianists, accompanists, and vocal coaches. He holds a bachelor’s degree in musicology and composition from Trinity College Dublin and was also awarded a Fellowship of Trinity College London as a piano soloist.
