Unsure materials for a variety of numbers’ is a performance in the beginning state of research, a spontaneous meeting between Yelena Arakelow & Linde Hanna Rongen as part of Project HOFIE. In November they began working at the new space Dans.haus with dance improvisation. For this performance they will explore one specific task of alternating counting and moving.

They have been asking questions, what are we counting towards? What associations are created at the moment? What rules and games are being established? What is more comfortable, to count, or to move? What game are we playing? Whom are we listening to? When is it time to make a decision? Whose rules are we following?
