About

DJÄSS (Karl Olgeirsson, Kristinn Snær Agnarsson and Jón Rafnsson) has been active since 2010 and has made a name for itself with jazz arrangements of Icelandic rock, punk and pop songs. The trio has released three albums, which have all received great reviews and is currently working on the fourth album, which will be released later this year. Swedish-Icelandic trumpeter Björn Atle Anfinsen, who is considered one of the most promising players on the Swedish jazz scene today, will be a special guest at this concert. 

The program will consist of new music from DJÄSS mixed with music by Björn Atle and some songs from the trio's previous albums.
