The Reykjavík Chamber Orchestra (Kammersveit Reykjavíkur) performs some of the outstanding works of the Baroque period in its ever-popular Christmas concert. This year the Orchestra is joined by harpsichordist Jory Vinikour, who impressed the concert guests with a lively performance at the Chamber Orchestra's Christmas concert in 2016.

The program will include Bach's Brandenburg Concerto nr. 5 as well as the composer's violin concerto in a-minor. Also Händel's Concerto Grosso op. 3 nr. 2, selected movements from the composer's Water Music Suite and The Arrival of the Queen of Sheba.

Soloists: Jory Vinikour harpsichordist, Áshildur Haraldsdóttir flutist and Una Sveinbjarnardóttir violinist.
