  Resilience for Leaders
A one-day workshop for senior leaders

Practical tools for leading under pressure, uncertainty and change

Leadership involves responsibility, uncertainty, difficult decisions and periods of sustained pressure.

Resilience influences how we function through these periods, how we respond when things do not go according to plan, and how effectively we recover, adapt and continue to perform.

Resilience for Leaders is an interactive one-day workshop combining psychological insight with your own Resilience and Personality Assessments. The workshop provides an opportunity to better understand your individual strengths, vulnerabilities and patterns under pressure — and identify practical areas for development.

The Workshop

The day combines psychological insight, personal assessment results, practical exercises, reflection and discussion.

Participants explore their own resilience, how they typically respond to pressure, uncertainty and setbacks, and where they have opportunities to develop.

The workshop concludes with each participant developing a Personal Resilience Plan, translating insights from the day into concrete priorities and actions for continued development.

What is included

Each participant receives:

  • Personal Resilience and Personality Assessments, including individual results

  • Personal Resilience Plan

  • Workshop materials and practical exercises

  • Lunch and refreshments

The assessments are completed in advance, allowing participants to work with their own individual profile during the workshop.

Individual assessment results are personal and confidential.

Who should attend?

The workshop is designed primarily for senior leaders, executives and business owners with significant responsibility for people, decisions or organizations.

HR and People leaders, and others working in demanding leadership roles, are also welcome to attend.

Places are limited to allow for reflection, interaction and discussion throughout the day.
