Duo Ingolfsson–Stoupel presents a program celebrating musical friendships and the storied Franco-Belgian string tradition. The first half highlights the violin with the collaborative F–A–E Sonata—written by friends Brahms, Schumann, and Dietrich—and Chausson’s mystical Poème. Following the intermission, the focus shifts to the viola with Rebecca Clarke’s dreamlike Morpheus and Vieuxtemps' brilliant Sonata. The program weaves together the legacies of composers and virtuosos like Eugène Ysaÿe, offering a journey through lyrical intimacy and technical brilliance.
