CHILDREN OF NATURE (1991)

The film is about an elderly man that moves into a nursing home in Reykjavík after living in the country side their whole life. The man meets and old girlfriend and together they decide to run away and go back to the country side. The film is the only Icelandic feature film that has been nominated to an Oscar.
