Icelandic jazz guitarist and composer Andrés Þór returns with his expressive trio—featuring deep interplay, warm melodic sensibility, and a unique blend of Nordic lyricism and jazz tradition. Known for his evocative tone and lyrical artistry, Andrés has released a series of acclaimed albums and continues to explore new musical horizons with his trio of guitar, bass, and drums. The trio features with Nico Moreaux on bass and Magnús Trygvason Eliassen on drums. Joining them is the saxophone luminary Jóel Pálsson, a celebrated improviser and composer whose work spans jazz, free improvisation, rock, folk and more. Together they present unreleased music by Andrés Þór, blending new compositions and fresh reimaginations of earlier works into an immersive jazz experience.
