Join us for an extraordinary concert inaugurating the ZORZA Project – an initiative that builds bridges between Polish and Icelandic cultures. ZORZA is a multi-year endeavor connecting artists from both countries through concerts, workshops, and artistic exchange, creating a space for dialogue and creativity.
On March 31, the prestigious Silfuberg Hall at Harpa will host one of Poland’s most acclaimed music bands – Mikromusic, renowned for their unique avant-pop style blending elements of jazz, rock, electronics, and Slavic folk. Their moving lyrics, beautiful melodies, and emotional arrangements have earned them recognition both in Poland and internationally. Mikromusic are Fryderyk Award winners in the "Poetic Music" category and creators of hits such as "Takiego chlopaka" and "Bezwladnie." Their concerts offer an unforgettable musical experience, filled with passion and artistic authenticity.
The concert will also be opened by Ari Árelíus, one of Iceland’s most intriguing contemporary artists. Combining elements of Saharan blues, psychedelic surf rock, and Icelandic musical traditions, Ari creates sounds that are both eclectic and deeply moving. His performance will immerse listeners in the distinctive world of Icelandic tones.
This event is more than just a concert – it is the symbolic beginning of a new cultural movement, celebrating diversity, collaboration, and the magic of art.
