The Nutcracker: Symphony of Lights is one of the most anticipated productions of the season — a bold new visual interpretation of the beloved holiday classic.

Set to Tchaikovsky’s timeless score, the production preserves the beauty and tradition of classical ballet while introducing a new world of light, color, and theatrical imagination. Illuminated costumes, innovative lighting design, elegant choreography, and internationally acclaimed dancers transform the familiar story into an unforgettable visual experience.

Rather than replacing the classical Nutcracker, Symphony of Lights enhances it. The traditional choreography and music remain at the heart of the production, while contemporary lighting technology adds a new dimension to the magic on stage.

From the warmth of the Christmas celebration to the dreamlike world of snow, toys, and fantasy, each scene unfolds like a living work of art — combining tradition, movement, music, and light.

Created by Grand Kyiv Ballet, this production reflects the company’s vision of preserving the great traditions of classical ballet while finding new ways to inspire today’s audiences.

Experience The Nutcracker as you know and love it — but in an entirely new light.
