Join Lodestar Trio and Viktor Orri Árnason for Nebensonnen, an evening that weaves together Baroque, folk, improvisation, and fresh compositions. Inspired by the winter phenomenon where the sun appears twice on the horizon—that to us symbolizes artistic unity and shared journeys.

With the trio's Swedish nyckelharpa, Norwegian hardanger fiddle, violin, and Árnason’s studio approach to composition, Nebensonnen offers a dynamic mix of groove, heritage, and innovation. It's a celebration of connection through sound, bringing together Nordic folk roots, classical mastery, and contemporary imagination.
