The Caput Ensemble's annual concert at Dark Music Days is a festival highlight, and this year they present the world premieres of four new works. The program includes chamber pieces by Bergrún Snæbjörnsdóttir and Haukur Tómasson, as well as two new solo concertos. Halldór Smárason’s new cello concerto will be performed by soloist Sæunn Þorsteinsdóttir, and Ingibjörg Ýr Skarphéðinsdóttir’s new flute concerto will feature soloist Björg Brjánsdóttir.
