Apparat Organ Quartet and the Reykjavík Cathedral Choir will repeat last winter‘s acclaimed concert where the quartet‘s electrified music conversed with the choir‘s ethereal performance of psalms. Exptect to experience classic AOQ opuses and an amalgamated soundscape of the quartet and choir which was created especially for for this occasion. The vocal chords of the quartet will join the choir in a rendering of the choral work Orphic Hymn by Jóhann Jóhannsson who was a founding member of AOQ. The concert will be completed with a praise and glory in unison.

Apparat Organ Quartet‘s members are Hörður Bragason, Sighvatur Ómar Kristinsson and Úlfur Eldjárn who play variously electrified keyboards and synths and Arnar Geir Ómarsson on drums.
