Guests of honour: Maggie Nelson, Ia Genberg, Harry Dodge and Madame Nielsen,
as well as handpicked authors from the Icelandic literary fauna.

Queer Situations is a literary festival that focuses on queer literature in more than
one sense: Books by authors who identify as queer, as well as literature that can be
considered queer by form, not mainstream literature.

The philosophy of the festival is, among other things, to create a community, an
opportunity to hang out together between events, discuss life and analyze society.

The ticket is valid for the following events, all of which will take place in Salurinn,
