When Danish bass player and
composer Richard Andersson moved temporarily to Reykjavík in the fall of
2013 he soon started a collaboration with tenor saxophone player Óskar and
drummer Matthías under the name Richard Andersson NOR. The trio has
since performed a number of concerts consisting of original compositions
in Iceland, Denmark and the Faroe Islands. The trio released
their first album in spring 2017. Now, a year later, they will perform new
material that subsequently will be released in the fall of 2018.
