Benefit Concert for Ukraine.

The National Chamber Ensemble "Kyiv Soloists", together with guest from Iceland will perform on Tuesday 5 July 2022 at 19:30 in Eldborg, Harpa's main hall.

The orchestra is composed of renowned musicians from Ukraine who are winners of national and international music competitions.

At the beginning of 2022, the orchestra went on a European concert tour and while in Italy, received news of the invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine. Everything changed and it was no longer possible for them to return home to Ukraine. In cooperation with leading European concert organizations, the Kyiv Soloists concert tour was extended indefinitely.

Kyiv Soloists are in Iceland for the Midnight Sun Music Festival, which is organized by the Bolungarvík´s Music School and the town of Bolungarvík in the Westfjords.
