An international panel of judges will select the Icelandic representative to the 68th annual Miss Universe competition which will be telecast to over 100 countries and millions of viewers. This past year, Catriona Gray from the Philippines won the coveted Miss Universe 2018 title in Bangkok, Thailand.

Our current Miss Universe Iceland 2018, Katrín Lea Elenudóttir, will crown her successor the evening of
August 31, 2019 at the Hljómahöll Stapi Concert and Conference Hall in Reykjanesbær.
