Á ósköp venjulegum síðsumar degi, tekur líf fimm einstaklinga óvænta stefnu. Örlög eiginmanns, læknis, eiginkonu, nemanda og ungrar dóttur eru spunnin saman án þeirra vitundar. Í leit sinni að eigin sjálfsmynd, ást og gildum spinnast vegir þeirra saman á örlagaríkan hátt á kostnað traustverðugleika, sem er einn mikilvægasti þáttur lífsins. En traust er viðkvæmt og afleiðingarnar verða óafturkræfar, fordæmdar og vandræðalega fyndnar.

On a perfectly ordinary late-summer day, the lives of five unrelated people are turned upside down with irreversible consequences.. A husband, a doctor, a wife, a student, and a young daughter are unsuspectingly put on a collision course with each of their fateful crossroads. In the search of love, identity, and moral gauge they all risk the most precious aspect of life: Trust. But trust is vulnerable, and the consequences will be irreversible, forbidden and embarrassingly amusing.
