Terms and Conditions of Tix.is and Dalurinn.is

• Please review your purchase before buying the tickets, is this the right date, right area, right timing etc. We are not always able to alter your purchase.
• By purchasing a ticket you agree to our sale terms.
• Selling your ticket/s for a profit is forbidden. Tickets sold for a profit for any other than the Event Promoter will be cancelled without notice.
• If an event is cancelled, your ticket will be fully refunded. we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund procedures.
• If an event is postponed, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures. If the event is postponed the Event Provider may set refund limitations or rules of refund period.
• When buying tickets, through the website or telephone, you have 14 days from purchase to request a refund. If an event you are buying tickets for is held within 14 days of purchase, then you are not applicable for a refund unless the event is cancelled.
• In the case of tickets being sent by mail, shipping fee will not be refunded.
• We take no responsibility for the festival being canceled due to unmanageable causes for example, natural disasters or storm.
• Festival tickets do not guarantee transportation to or from the island. No refunds for festival tickets will be made if transportations fail to get you to your destination.
• For some events there are age restrictions, please note that restrictions are in accordance with juvenile law i.e. a person under the age of 18 (eighteen) is prohibited to attend facilities that serve alcohol after 8:00 PM. If Event Promoter announces other rules for age restrictions, those rules are to be followed, unless they are against the juvenile law.
• The ticket holder is responsible for the tickets and we are not able to reprint lost tickets.
• For some events there are limits for how many tickets one person can buy, if a person exceeds those limits, we may cancel the exceeded tickets without notice.
• Tix works after their official privacy policy and according to GDPR law in Iceland.
• The Event Promoter is responsible for the event, not Tix.is
• Neither Tix.is or the Event Promoter is responsible for the ticket holder personal belongings.
• Tickets give unlimited access to all events subject to individual venue capacity
• Relatives to the festival and dalurinn.is do not take any responsibility to any personal belongings of guests during the event.
• Keep your ticket at a safe place, like you would keep money or other valuable things. Dalurinn.is does not take any responsibility of inconvenience due to fake or copied tickets. If this is the case the relatives of the festival can and will refuse all holders of those tickets entrance to the festival side. And can make the person responsible for making the fake tickets, pay for every fake ticket found.
• Dates and timings of events could change without notice.
• Please note to take good care of your ticket. Lost ticket is lost money.
• Please notice that prices are charged in Icelandic Kronas. Published price in other currencies on our web is always estimated price, the price in Icelandic Kronas is the final price.
• Festival tickets allow you to access all events in the festival, unless there are some limitations announced in the ticket purchase or on the ticket, but there might also be number restrictions per individual concerts where the concerts might get full.
• If you choose to download your ticket as mobile ticket via the NOVA app, you automatically allow Tix to send information about your ticket to NOVA. NOVA works after their official privacy policy, further on nova.is.
