Rita, a 20-year-old gymnast, is preparing for the Olympics in Brazil. There is little time to relax and the training is harsh, both mentally and physically. Over the Limit shows how the Russian system for training athletes transgresses boundaries. However graceful Rita's performance is, her coaches always expect more from her.
