Veijo Haukka, 50, is a mechanic who euthanizes old and ailing pets. The smaller animals he puts down with exhaust fumes and the bigger ones he shoots. Veijo is a friend of the animals and wants to liberate them from their suffering. Veijo does not treat the owners as mercifully. He punishes people who have mistreated their pets.
