The 20 plus soloists, are all pupils of The Reykjavík Academy of Singing students - from age 10 - in the Magic-choir

The opera Academy, was founded 1982. Since then, it has produced on average two operas per year starting with Humperdinck´s Hansel and Gretel.

The storyline is the usual operatic fight between good and evil and how love, at last, conqures all.
