Fóstbræður Male Choir, conducted by Árni Harðarson, performs a variety of beloved songs from Iceland and beyond.  The concert begins at 4 p.m. and lasts about 45 minutes. Admission is free and all are welcome while space permits.

The Fóstbræður Male Choir was founded in 1916 and today has around 70 singers in the choir. The choir holds regular concerts and performs at various events, most notably the annual spring concert held in Norðurljós in Harpa every year.

Árni Harðarson has been the conductor of Fóstbræður since 1991. He has worked as a teacher and later principal at the Kópavogur School of Music. He has also been active in Icelandic music life as a composer and director of choirs and orchestras in various projects, both domestically and abroad.
