Geneva Camerata (GECA) has attracted worldwide attention for its fresh and innovative approach to classical music. The orchestra will present REVOLTA in Eldborg, Harpa, on Saturday, June 14th, a performance where the music of Dmitri Shostakovich is combined with hip-hop dance in an immersive experience.
Before the show in Eldborg, David Greilsammer, conductor and artistic director of GECA, will shed light on the orchestra's work, the creative process behind the show REVOLTA, and new ways of approaching and communicating classical music.
The event will take place in Hörpuhorn, on the second floor of Harpa. Admission is free and all are welcome. The event will be held in English. Accessibility is good.
