The Choir of the Association of Senior Citizens in Reykjavík performs songs of various kinds, including songs from musicals by Jón Múli and Jónas Árnason and several variations on Franz Schubert's well-known song, The Trout.

Eldborg.
When: Sunday, May 11 from 3:45pm - 4:15pm.
Entrance is free and everybody is welcome!
The Choir of the Association of Senior Citizens in Reykjavík
was founded in 1986 and currently consists of 45 members, most of whom have sung in other choirs earlier on. The choir sings broad range of music and performs at various occasions. In 2024 the choir participated in a significant collaboration with several other senior citizen choirs at Þingvellir, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Republic of Iceland.

is now led by Kristín Jóhannesdóttir.
This concert is part of the Icelandic Choir Conductors' Association's spring concert series in Hörpuhorn, an open space located on the first floor, right in front of Eldborg. Admission to the concert is free and all are welcome.
