The Reykjavík Big Band plays the Flói at Harpa Concerthouse on September 27th at 8PM.  
The band opens the new season with a concert of Icelandic works that have been written for the band in the past.  
Amongst the composers are Hafdís Bjarnadóttir, Jóel Pálsson, Kjartan Valdemarsson, Sigurður Flosason,  Samúel Jón Samúelsson og Veigar Margeirsson.  Samúel J. Samúelsson conducts.
