Stína Ágústdóttir and Erik Söderlind

Stína Ágústsdóttir is one of Iceland’s best jazz singers and her last album, Jazz in Icelandic, was nominated as best jazz/blues album at the Icelandic Music Awards a couple of years ago. She lives in Stockholm, Sweden, but regularly performs in Iceland. This time she is bringing with her one of Sweden’s favorite jazz musicians, guitarplayer Erik Söderlind. Stina and Erik will celebrate the International Jazz Day at Múlinn this year, by playing their favorite jazz standards and a few new tunes. This is a unique opportunity to see some of Scandinavia’s best jazz musicians while enjoying the magical view from the Björtuloft venue.
