Stockfish Film Festival takes place for the fifth time in Bíó Paradís during February 28th to March 10th 2019. More than 30 films will be screened at Stockfish 2018 and a number of events have been organized; Q&A sessions, panels, masterclasses and more.
Stockfish Film Festival creates a platform in Reykjavík to encourage collaboration between domestic and international film communities. The festival appeals to both people in the film industry and those who are interested in the well-being of international filmmaking. The festival will screen some of the most up-and-coming films in the world and invite international filmmakers to discuss the state of filmmaking, industry and community.
A festival pass costs 12.900 kr and grants you access to all screenings and events as long as room permits. Additionally it grants you great deals at the festival home and venues.
A discount card costs 5.100 kr and grants you access to four screenings at the festival.
Single tickets cost 1.600 kr.
Passes and discount cards can be picked up at Bíó Paradís closer to the festival. Tickets need to be picked up at Bíó Paradís prior to screening. The passes grant you access to all screenings as long as room permits.
