A festival pass is valid for all events at Dark Music Days that will take place 26th of January - 2nd of February 2019. 

Festival passes will be distributed at Bismút, Hverfisgata 82, from January 25 and during all days of the festival from 12 noon until 5 pm. Passes will also be available for pickup at the venue before each event. Please present a receipt for the ticket purchase or e-ticket.

Tickets for concerts in Harpa Concert Hall are to be collected in person from Harpa Concert Hall Box Office. Please present the festival pass and ID. These concerts are: Iceland Symphony Orchestra at Eldborg Hall, Zoë Martlew, Caput Ensemble, Myrkrabörn (children´s concert), Sound Mass and Reykjavik Chamber Orchestra that will all be in Kaldalón Hall.  

Dark Music Days is a music festival that offers an ambitious programme consisting of various contemporary concerts during the darkest hours in Iceland.

The diverse programme will consist of solo concerts, chamber concerts, electric concerts and installations, many of which will be premiered at the festival. Scheduled events include the Iceland Symphony Orchestra with Hallfríður Ólafsdóttir, Mario Caroli and Martin Kuuskman as soloists; a highly anticipated duet featuring Elísabet Waage and Laufey Sigurðardóttir; an appearance by the Iceland Youth Symphony and Schola Cantorum, and program specially curated for children. International artists scheduled to appear include the Riot Ensemble,  Neko 3 and Niels Lyhne Løkkegaard. Concerts with Caput, Reykjavík Chamber Orchestra and Nordic Affect will also take place during the festival.
