Marína & Mikael Quartet

The jazz duet Marína & Mikael released their debut album, Beint heim, in August
2017, which was well received and got nominated for the Icelandic Music Awards.
The duet was formed in the fall of 2014 and have put together a specifically
chosen and arranged program, honoring lesser known jazz standards that haven’t
gotten enough love since their birth; but truly deserve some attention.
