Manchester’s male voice singing sensation, The Sunday Boys, embark on their first ever international tour of Iceland during March 2018.

This special evening of music and singing features British based all male choir, The Sunday Boys on their first ever international tour. This exciting gig offers a varied choral programme including world premieres from Anna Appleby and, our musical director, Michael Betteridge, alongside a wide ranging programme of English and English language music, with American, Canadian and English folk songs. The gig also includes a range of music by British composers such as Benjamin Britten, Vaughan Williams, John Ireland and Howard Skempton, providing a choral concert the likes of which Iceland has never seen.

The Sunday Boys’ Icelandic Tour will also include arrangements of popular classics from artists such as John Grant, Billy Joel and Stephen Sondheim.

The Sunday Boys are an unauditioned, inclusive male voice choir with a majority gay identifying membership that rehearse on Sunday evenings in central Manchester in the UK.
