Journalist David Farrier stumbles upon a mysterious tickling competition online in this documentary about competitive endurance tickling – an activity where young athletic men are restrained and tickled by each other. It is then videotaped and has an entire sub-culture devoted to it. As Farrier delves deeper into the tickling world he comes up against fierce resistance, but that doesn't stop him from getting to the bottom of a story stranger than fiction. The film explores the possible legal and ethical issues considering some of those videos.
