Fans of country music, those who tend toward the traditional anyway, will have something to look forward to this fall.

The singer, songwriter and actor comes to Harpa Monday, Sep. 26. to play the Main hall.

Kristofferson is a country music icon, who made a name for himself as a renaissance man. Along with being a Country Music Hall of Famer, Kristofferson was a Rhodes scholar, who graduated from Pomona College summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in literature. He also was a captain in the Army.

The singer celebrates his 80th birthday June 22.
