Celebration of the Coronation of King Charles III & Queen Camilla

Join the British society of Iceland to celebrate the coronation of their Majesties King Charles and Queen Camilla. King Charles III's great-great-grandfather was King Kristján IX of Iceland who attended services in the Domkirkja Cathedral during his visits to Iceland, the first king to visit the country in 1874. The British community in Iceland will watch a live broadcast of the coronation ceremony in Westminster Abbey from the same Domkirkja Cathedral starting at 9.30 am. After the ceremony, High Tea will be held in Iðnó restaurant by Tjornin pond to celebrate the newly crowned royal couple.
Those not wanting to join the high tea can join the family fun after the meal after 14.00
