Léttgeggjuð gamanmynd sem skartar Isabelle Huppert í aðalhlutverki sem Patience Portefeux sem á tvær dætur í háskólanámi og aldraða móður á elliheimili. Hún lifir á lúsarlaunum en dag einn kemst hún á snoðir um yfirgefna hasssendingu og þá stígur hin harðsvíraða glæpadrottning Mútta fram á sjónarsviðið.

Myndin er aðlögun á skáldsögu eftir Hannelore Cayre og var þýdd og gefin út á íslensku árið 2019.

ENGLISH

A light-hearted comedy by director Jean-Paul Salomé starring Isabelle Huppert in the lead role as Patience Portefeux who has two daughters in college and an elderly mother in a retirement home. The salary she receives as an interpreter at the Ministry of Justice is not enough for the family and it is clear that something can be provided for the upper years. But one day she finds out about an abandoned hashish shipment and then the hard-wired crime queen Mútta steps onto the scene.
