The competition for the title of Iceland’s Strongest Man 2020 will be held August 8th and 9th. This will mark the 35th edition of the competition which started in 1985.

World’s Strongest Man, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson will defend his title for the 10th year straight against other WSM competitiors such as Ari Gunnarsson and Stefán Sölvi Pétursson. Up and coming athletes, Eyþór Melsteð, Stefán Karel, Kristján Sindri, André Bachman, Óskar P Hafstein, Kristján Páll are coming in hungry and ready to prove their worth.

Saturday will be free in attendance but tickets get you in for the Sunday show in Reiðhöllin Víðidal.
