The Murder of Hi Good, 2012, TRT: 73 min

Based on historical events, The Murder of Hi Good Is a feature length, true crime revisionist Western set in the frontier of Northern California, 1870. Shot on 35mm, 16mm, Super 8mm and Mini DV, it follows "Hi Good", the last Indian hunter of the west who was killed by his teenaged half-Indian indentured servant "Ned".

The film stars David Nordstrom (Pincus, 2012) and Cory Zachariah, (Littlerock 2010). The film's cinematographer is Academy Award nominated James Laxton (Moonlight, 2016) and it it produced by Independent Spirit Award nominated Frederick Thornton (Lake Los Angeles, 2014).  The score is composed and performed by Jon Raskin of the legendary west-coast saxophone quartet band ROVA.
